Mother-Daughter Retreat:

A return to each other

SECOND EDITION

May 6th - May 10th, 2027 | Casa Coya, Colombia

Four days to come home to each other

Casa Coya: “A Return to Each other” was born from a simple truth: the bond between a mother and daughter is one of the most profound relationships in a woman's life — and one of the hardest to truly nurture in the middle of everyday life.

Set on the Casa Coya farm in Guarne, Antioquia — fifteen minutes from Medellín but worlds away — this retreat gives you four days of real time. Unhurried. Intentional. Transformative.

Equal parts yoga and cultural immersion, the experience weaves movement, nourishment, connection, and the richness of Colombian Andean life into something neither of you will forget.
